‘World Wise Global Schools’ - TY Partnership with the Community

Congratulations to our Transition Year group for their undertaking of the WorldWise Global Schools project. Our TYs have partnered with primary schools in the local community to create 'Biodiversity Packs' for 5th class students at Scoil Eithne, St Malachy's and St Benedicts. In doing so they are building awareness of the Sustainable Development Goal 'Life on Land' within our school, and wider community.

These packs are an interactive and creative way to become educated about the variety of insects and animal life that coexist with us!
